The Baltimore chapter of the international
program will be featured on ABC's
"Extreme Makeover: Home Editon" tonight.
When you watch the season opening of “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” tonight, you’ll learn a bit about Boys Hope Girls Hope. The international program, found by a St. Louis priest over 30 years ago, helps students ages 10-14 with educational possible succeed in spite of family or personal hardship.
Boys Hope Girls Hope employees and volunteers provide monetary and moving support in a group home and continue supporting and demanding them through college. Check out the results. It’s now in 16 U.S. cities and two foreign countries.
The home makeover crew will focus on the housing program for girls in Baltimore, here’s video from a local news station shortly after enlightening the completed home but be aware that Arizona has a similar outreach you can support. And 80-90 percent of its students attend local Catholic schools, according to Greg Harmon, decision-making director.
