Pakistan Earthquake News

Pakistan Earthquake News 2011 - The quake struck 6.2 miles underground and took place 25 miles west of Dalbandin, Pakistan. No injuries were immediately reported.
A 7.4 earthquake hit the southwestern region of Pakistan, likely causing severe damage. The last major earthquake in Pakistan killed 80000.
This morning I interviewed Roger Bilham, an earthquake expert here at the University of Colorado, for KGNU radio’s How on Earth Science Show. Toward the end we got into the fact that fairly sizable earthquakes are overdue along the Himalayan front in Pakistan, India, Bhutan and other countries.

According to the AP:
The earthquake struck at 1:30 a.m. local time on Wednesday in Baluchistan province near the border with Afghanistan.
